• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal commercial activity
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent credit systems, rate limits, or security measures
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

The Service, including all software, AI models, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by VTRON and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

You own the AI-generated content created using the Service, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. However, you may not claim that AI-generated content is created by human artists or misrepresent its origin.

Commercial usage rights vary by subscription tier. Free tier users may use generated content for personal use only. Professional and Enterprise tier users have full commercial rights, including the right to use generated content in products, marketing materials, and commercial projects. See your subscription plan for specific rights.

You may not use generated content to create deepfakes, impersonate real individuals without consent, create misleading or deceptive content, or violate any laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use features that generate AI content (e.g., virtual try-on, model generation, image generation). Credit costs vary by feature and are displayed before use. Credits may be purchased individually or provided as part of a subscription plan.

We offer various subscription plans with different features, credit allocations, and usage limits. Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes to subscription plans take effect at the next billing cycle.

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless specified in your plan. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be granted for technical issues or service unavailability. Contact support for refund inquiries.

We may offer free credits or trial periods. Free credits expire according to their terms. Trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You are responsible for cancelling before trial expiration if you do not wish to be charged.

API access is available to Professional and Enterprise tier subscribers. API usage is subject to rate limits, usage quotas, and these Terms. You may not share API keys or use the API in a manner that violates these Terms.

You may not use the API to build competing services, resell API access, or use the API in a manner that could harm the Service or other users. API usage must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We strive to maintain high API availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or limit API access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VTRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data and content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VTRON regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
